Our Suite Ready new builds include separate access to the future secondary suite along with the extra electrical meter box, roughed-in plumbing for kitchen, bath and laundry. These plans are designed to comply with all local and national building codes for a legal secondary suite.
Single Family New Builds.
If you fall in love with one of our floorplans but know that a suite ready home won’t fit your family’s needs. Don’t worry, we offer all of our house plans as a single family home without the suite options!
Suite Development.
